The Springfield XDS Mod2 OSP 45ACP pistol packs an enormous amount of firepower into a slim, compact, concealable, single-stack package that you can carry anywhere. This optics ready pistol is cut with Springfield’s “Micro Footprint” for direct mounting of Micro Red Dot optics such as the Hex Wasp, Shield RMSC and Crimson Trace  without an adapter plate. This configuration allows the iron sights to remain in place for co-witness capability as well as giving the pistol with optic the smallest footprint possible. No Optic? No Problem. Springfield Armory’s seamless polymer OSP cover plate adds additional slide serrations to the top of the slide for additional control and the included white dot front with serrated rear sights provide a clear and accurate sight picture. A forged slide and hammer-forged 3.3” barrel provides increased strength and durability. Springfield’s Mod.2® grip texture locks the gun in your hands for maximum control without sacrificing comfort. Typical of XD series pistols, the Mod2 OSP includes a grip safety to reduce the possibility of accidental discharge. The XDS Mod2 OSP chambered in 45ACP packs the firepower you want into a package that is compact enough for every day carry.
