The S&W M&P15 PC Competition is an upgraded modern sporting rifle chambered in 5.56NATO/223REM featuring Smith & Wesson quality and reliability and an 18″ barrel. Upper and lower receivers are made from 7075 T6 aluminum. The M&P Performance Center Competition has a chromed firing pin, gas key, and bolt carrier for increased resistance to wear and ease of cleaning. Smith & Wesson uses an Armornite® Finish on the interior and exterior of the barrel to provide enhanced corrosion and wear resistance. This advanced AR15 comes optic ready for your choice of red/green dot optic or rifle scope. The PC Competition has an 18” threaded barrel with 1:8 twist and Performance Center Muzzle Break. This competition model sends rounds downrange with a two-stage match trigger. A forged integral trigger guard is large enough for gloved hands and the adjustable VLTOR® I-Mod Stock allows plenty of range for any body type with a QD sling attachment point at the rear. Of course all of the standard AR features you expect are there like a brass deflector and forward assist.
